About UsWe do a 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms -
The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is received in a damaged condition.
Refunds will be only in the forms stated below:
Replacement of the damaged /incorrect product with the correct product.
Store Credit for our online store of the same amount.
Please note that our policy does not support refund of money.
Refunds can only be in the form of a product of store credit for our online store.
Incase a replacement is not available for the damaged product, we will issue a store credit for our online store of the same amount.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of order fulfillment.
Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
Once a return is initiated, a shipping label will be generated. Customers will see an estimated refund equal the amount of item(s) returned
Upon initiating your return, you will be provided with a new packing slip listing the items you are sending back. This packing slip must be included in the package (so we know who it came from!).
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused .
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.
If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. a percentage off, dollar off amount, free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
If the value of the merchandise you are returning is over Rs2500, your return could be subject to additional return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, you have up to 24 hours after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. Decorthings is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 24 hours post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended to and monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
On the rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement immediately.

Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
A wrong product has been dispatched.
If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her.

Please note these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defective.
We do not process refunds in any case. We will replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.

Cancellation
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at Hello@decorthings.in within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfilment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier, and we will be happy to assist you.
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel an order, once it has been dispatched.
For cancelling prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to you in the form of store credits which can redeemed as per your convenience. No cash refund would be done under any circumstances since we already incur payment gateway charges for online payments.
